Linear Slide Tables
Our patented hydrostatic linear slide and oscillating table units provide extremely precise and repeatable movement. Our linear slides' stable reciprocating motion avoids tilting inertia forces, utilizing built-in hydraulic cylinders which are located exactly concentric to the table’s support bearings to ensure accuracy. With pressure and flow controlled by servo valves, ELKA Precision's hydrostatic linear slides provide sustained precision using LVDTs (Linear Variable Differential Transformers) for feedback, and have been manufactured, tested and proven to provide ultra-precise linear movement with a minimum of geometrical errors.

Hydrostatic Spin-Tables
ELKA’s Precision offers a wide range of hydrostatic spin-table designs, with upper plate diameters up to six (6) meters, which most often are used on vertical turning machines (VTLs). Extremely accurate and vibration-resistant, hydrostatic spin-tables are also used on jig grinding machines and for special grinding applications. Whether used in conjunction with other ELKA products or as fitted to function with existing machinery, spin tables designed and manufactured by ELKA personnel provide ultra-high accuracy, efficiency and extreme reliability.
